ABOUT ELIZABETH HALL EVENTS

A luxury wedding planner

for couples with trusted taste & discerning dreams

A PLACE LIKE THIS.

A vision like yours.

Talk about a magical match

Like you, both the hustle-and-bustle of New York City and the storied estates of New England speak straight to our soul. Whether your dream is to celebrate your union with that rare brand of Manhattan energy buzzing at your back—or amidst the spellbinding scene of Vermont’s rolling mountains—we take incredible care in ensuring your wedding does your story, your style, and your chosen setting deep justice.

IT’S OUR PLEASURE TO SERVE COUPLES WHO WORK HARD, PLAY LUXURIOUSLY, AND CALL THIS SPECIAL CORNER OF THE COUNTRY HOME.

The one-on-one care you deserve. The artistry a day like yours demands.

HERE, IT’S ALL POSSIBLE

While you’re easy-going at your core—you have a discerning vision, and the details definitely matter. You don’t want a “yes woman” wedding planner or someone you have to micromanage—but rather a seasoned expert you can trust to run with your inspiration, suggest ideas that elevate your vision, and protect your peace along the way.

Someone who doesn’t stop at working to meet your needs—but who’s driven to exceed them with thoughtful surprises and exceptional design concepts. An expert who doesn’t walk timidly alongside you—but who gets out in front and confidently guides you to the wedding of your wildest dreams.

At Elizabeth Hall Events, we work with couples hosting luxe events in New York City and New England who are eager to treat themselves to the relief that comes from investing in an area professional—so they can remain focused on making the exciting decisions (and tasting all the cake). We don’t simply see our responsibility as that of “planning your wedding”—we’re here to filter out excess noise, pull only the most fitting options, openly educate you about your spending options, and advocate for your very best interests.

OUR PROCESS IS DEEPLY ORGANIZED. OUR APPROACH IS INCREDIBLY CUSTOM. AND OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER IS ONE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO REMAIN ENVELOPED IN THE EXCITEMENT OF THE MOMENT—WITHOUT EVER BEING OVERWHELMED BY IT.

Hi, I’m Liz

I’M SO HAPPY YOU FOUND US—WELCOME.

I can remember so clearly working in financial planning and day-dreaming about making a change. I had the fondest memories from my time spent planning high-caliber commencement ceremonies for my women’s college—the pomp and circumstance, the weight of the moment for the students, the rush of being in charge of every last detail: all of it was the lane I loved to live in.

It didn’t take long for my memories of that experience—combined with the realization that even my “bad” personality traits were a perfect fit for event planning (always envisioning the worst-case scenario, being a total control freak, embracing a level of organization in my everyday life some might find worrisome)—to lead to the ah-hah moment that wedding planning was the ultimate “it” for me. I began producing parties for family and friends and soon found myself catapulted into the world of luxury wedding planning in NYC, a niche that finally felt like home.

Today, I can look back and see just how every aspect of my non-linear path comes into play in the way I serve you—in particular, how being Scrum-certified and having a background in finance allows me to manage your project and your budget with a level of competency few other wedding planners can.

Since founding Elizabeth Hall Events, I’ve had the pleasure of working with an array of incredible couples and having my work published in industry-leading publications—but few things fill me up like watching you see your wedding completely set up for the very first time. I absolutely love surprising couples with an immersive, artful event design that is exactly what they never realized they wanted.

01. SOFT SPOTS

My son’s giggle—it’s the best sound in the world. The New York Times Sunday vows section. That moment when you sit down with a steamy bowl of carbonara (carbs are life).

02. STEALING AWAY

At a Broadway show. Grabbing a burger and bubbly at a champagne bar. Shopping for a cocktail dress for no specific occasion.

03. worth celebrating

Every bite of a croissant from L'Appartement 4F. Nights spent cooking with Billy Joel and Elton John. A great deal on designer clothes.

With parties gracing the pages of…

New York Times Style Me Pretty Junebug Weddings

and many more…
